These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tool Hub Zone, available at https://toolhubzone.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including all tools under our PDF, Image, SEO, and Write categories (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting, browsing, or using any tool on Tool Hub Zone whether or not you create an account you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using Tool Hub Zone’s tools, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload or process files, images, or text that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or that infringe on someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
  • Use the PDF or Image tools to create, edit, or distribute forged documents, counterfeit IDs, or manipulated media intended to deceive or defraud
  • Use the Write / AI tools to generate content that impersonates real people, spreads misinformation, or is used for spam, phishing, or academic dishonesty
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts without our written permission
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access restrictions on any tool
  • Upload malicious files (viruses, malware, corrupted files intended to exploit our systems)
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, remove access, or suspend use of any tool for users who violate this section, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Tool Hub Zone including but not limited to the site name, logo, design, layout, graphics, tool interfaces, and underlying source code is the exclusive property of Tool Hub Zone and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

  • Output generated by our AI Write tools (essays, articles, product descriptions, etc.) is provided for your use, but Tool Hub Zone makes no claim of exclusivity or originality over AI-generated text, and you are responsible for verifying it does not infringe on any third party’s rights before publishing or distributing it.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Tool Hub Zone’s tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee that converted, compressed, or edited files (PDF/Image tools) will be free of errors or perfectly match the original in every case.
  • We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, originality, or suitability of content generated by our AI Write tools.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of any tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tool Hub Zone, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of files, lost business, or reliance on tool output arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any of its tools.

Your use of Tool Hub Zone is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
